In 2016, Doug and Jazmin decided to seek new opportunities by starting their own moving company in Austin. Doug, with years as a professional mover, wanted to approach this opportunity by implementing everything he learned over the years and elevate it. He believed that by focusing on customer service and showing his customers how Real Men Moving stands out by being the hardest working movers in Austin, the company could be something special. After starting the company with an emphasis on communication and customer service, Jazmin and Doug created a Training and Development program that focuses on teamwork, maneuvering and handling customer belongings with care.
