The microwaves are not supposed to be installed as built ins. Major fire hazard! These are not the right microwaves for this.

Traces of water stains on the inside of the mstr bedroom from water intrusion. doesn't look good.

This is standing water on my patio. From when it rained because there is no drainage. It's not managements fault.

Damage to the baseboard under the garbage disposal that was busted. I was told it was not mildew

Injured racoon with blood everywhere in front of a home

A sight that is often seen on the property... not management fault. Just not a good look

Do not apply here! They will keep your deposit if you are denied and will be rude and lead you on that your application looks good then call and let you know you were denied and they do not refund...
