Sadler's Bar-B-Que Sales produces quality traditional barbeque products that have made it a leader in pit-smoked barbeque. Sadler's smoke pits were custom designed to maximize smoke permeation of the meat for a hearty flavor. The company s briskets for its beef products are trimmed and naturally smoked over hickory coals for 16 to 18 hours. It also offers products for a variety of foodservice needs, from traditional barbeque products to Hispanic items to fresh, fully-cooked meats ready for the deli case. Sadler's plant in Henderson, Texas, is more than 200,000 square feet and has more than 350 employees. The Sadler family has operated Sadler's Bar-B-Que Sales for more than 50 years.
