Founding Partner, Terry H. Sears has been practicing law and specializing in representing Homeowner Associations for over 24 years. He graduated with honors from the University of Houston and earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993. Terry served as adjunct professor teaching legal negotiations from 1993 to 2000. Sears & Bennett, LLP was formed in 2009 to represent associations, individuals and investors in the areas of community association and corporate governance,real estate transactions of all types, business formation, estate planning and criminal defense. In 2016 the firm expanded to Sears Bennett & Gerdes, LLP.
