Archer, M.D., in the private practice of medicine in Texas since 1987, is board certified in Ophthalmology and Accredited Fellowship trained in Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. President of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2015, she performs aesthetic & functional services including surgeries in her office & outpatient surgical facilities. She was an early utilizer of Botox TM. starting in the mid 1980's using it to treat lid spasm, & was selected to be part of the company's National Education Faculty to train other physicians in the proper administration of Botox TM. She was active in teaching oculoplastics to ophthalmology residents at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio while she practiced in Corpus Christi, TX. Dr. Archer's practice focuses on each individual. She does not use assistants, but prefers to perform the entire exam herself.
