Vergent's call center is staffed by REAL, LIVE, & LOCAL engineers-- which is a HUGE plus. I don't know about you, but i hate spending 30+ min pushing numbers 1-9 over and over again to answer...

same thing as the first review, there service wasn't provided like they advertised so we cancelled, now there suing us for the remainder of the contract even though we are no longer using there...
