Upon walking in it took them at least 40 minutes to get to me (gave them the benefit of the doubt since they could've been busy), no one was at the counter and lobby smelled almost like cat urine....

Most relaxing massage in a long time. Very nice people work at this place. Try the full body massage for $55.00 you will not be disappointed. Next door is The Thai kitchen which is also amazing.
