I started independently training clients and small groups once I realized I can have a larger and more helpful impact on my clients without the limitations of a corporate gym overshadowing.

Efficient Human specializes in body weight movements such as basic movement patterns, Animal Flow, and suspension training techniques. I teach proper use of loaded equipment such as dumbbell, barbell, kettlebell, cable machines, and other various weighted objects. I also specialize in nutrition coaching for weight loss and muscle gain.
