We began Harbor Gallery back in the early 90s and have been serving Hampton Roads ever since with the highest quality framing selection around. Since that time we've also expanded our gallery to include many of the top local talents in the arts for representation. Today, Harbor Gallery is proud to represent our local community in the arts and is the exclusive seller of the annual Harborfest posters.
