NW Works is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of services including administration, rehabilitation, production, supported employment and off-site services. It also offers individualized planning, support and classroom training, on- and off-site paid training and job development services. It provides training and employment every year to more than 180 individuals suffering from long-term disabilities, including mental retardation, developmental disabilities, and physical impairments. It also has a job development department that helps individuals identify their interests and potential to seek community-based employment. It also offers business services that include office cleaning, power washing, stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, tile and marble care and window washing.
