Pembroke Mall is the perfect shopping center with plenty of options. Conveniently located across the street from Virginia Beach's epicenter, Town Center. Historically, the very first mall to open in Hampton Roads, in 1966. After celebrating its Re-Grand Opening on August 4, 2013, Pembroke Mall welcomed several new stores such as Target, Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, Old Navy, The Children's Place.
