Ashland Elementary School

Ashland Elementary School is located within the local community where the neighboring families send their children. Andrew Jacks serves as principal of this school and 52 percent of the teachers have a master's degree, 100 percent have a bachelor's degree.

Marshall Elementary School is named after the nation's first African-American Supreme Court Justice, Thurgood Marshall. The American Eagle is the school's mascot and Kay Hermeling is principal. Marshall Elementary encourages active learning and high academic achievement. Additionally, the school is home to Brilla, a R.E.A.D./therapy dog.
