APA-The Engineered Wood Association, founded in 1933, is a nonprofit trade association. Its member include producers of structural wood panel products in North America and manufactures glued laminated timber, composite panels, wood I-joists and laminated veneer lumber. It has a more than 37,000-square-foot research center that helps the industry to create high-quality structural wood products. The association has more than 400 publications, extensive research and technical reports and comprehensive market studies that provide information about engineered wood products. It has an online educational portal that provides free online courses on engineered wood products and applications with the opportunity for continuing education credits.
