Seattle Parks and Recreation is managed by the city of Seattle and provides various services and recreational programs. The department manages more than 400 parks athletic fields, neighborhood play areas, fishing piers, golf courses and boulevards. The department s facilities also include swimming and wading pools and its offers swimming lessons.
