The skills and pride of Frank Schurman (Paul's Father) were passed on through the generations and are exhibited today at our facilities. In the 1970s Alan Schurman, Paul's son, took over where his father left off in running the machine shop. Alan, a then successful Clark College diesel tech and machining instructor, left his job at the college to run the shop for over 25 years. At that time, he passed it on to his son-in-law, Matt Houghton.
