2 best friends with a passion for food and a commitment to community had a dream to bring scratch cooking to our small community in the Pacific Northwest. We started with a BBQ trailer and within a year had opened a second location in one of the historic buildings downtown.
Specialties
Our focus is everything from scratch. We make the bacon,we make the sausage, we grind the beef for the burgers. We make our own dressings, hot sauces and BBQ sauces. We make our corned beef, pastrami and chorizo. We do everything we can not to open a can!
