History
The restaurant name PAVO refers to peacock. The symbolic meaning of a peacock in Chinese is auspicious, beauty, and friendly. Its colorful feathers represent our variety of food culture. The owner, who was originally from Yunnan, China, aims to bring the original flavor of Cross-the-bridge noodle to Seattle. The dish is served with a large bowl of rich broth and the delicate soup ingredients including quail eggs, chicken slices, squid, fillet, vegetable set and many more. From Yunnan to Seattle, we serve dishes with the taste of Yunnan memory to bridge a close connection with our guests. Come to PAVO, you can save a flight ticket and travel time to taste the memory of the authentic Yunnan flavors right away.
