Originally founded in the 1950's, Nickols Realty is a 3rd generation Real Estate company on the Eastside. Even through all the changes in the Seattle region, we've stayed the same, focusing on one person at a time.

Nickols Realty has been serving the Eastside for three generations and over 60 years. One of the last truly local small independent and local real estate companies, we are a boutique realty office specializing in 'high touch' contact and expertise. We can take a client from beginning to end; from property purchase and Lease up through property management and at last to eventual sale or 1031 exchange. If we aren't the perfect fit for a client, we'll refer to someone who is. The client's best interest is always our highest motive.
