A family company, South Sound Solar was founded by Kirk Haffner M.S. in 2007. As a local business, we value our community, and take pride in our expertise in renewable energy applications. The majority of our company is made up of graduates of the Evergreen State College. Currently we have two employees that are NABCEP certified.

We are local leaders in sales, engineering, design and installation of commercial and residential solar electric, solar hot water & off grid systems. South Sound Solar's mission is to educate consumers and communities alike. We work to encourage positive change in the way we produce and use energy. Through our community outreach and customer service we strive to maximize the benefit of solar power on the environment and economy.
