History
Thoughtful Touch Massage came into being in 2004. It was a small, very part-time massage practice that nevertheless helped people feel great. Now, 14 years later, with a cozy office in Wallingford and many loyal clients, Thoughtful Touch is thriving. Years of mindful work and a passion for improvement has allowed me to create a practice that supports my clients in exploring their own path towards health and happiness. I use every skill at my disposal to support those who come to me in discovering new possibilities: Life with less pain, more vitality, greater emotional resilience and deeper self-awareness. Thoughtful Touch Massage offers people a unique way to connect inwards, let go of pain, find self-compassion, and grow towards gladness.
