We are a small family business focused on the simple goals of providing the very best fresh, healthy gourmet Italian food along with kind, warm hospitality. We serve award-winning pizza, delicious, mouth-watering salads, house-made Italian desserts, local micro beers and fine Italian wine. Our business started in 2004 at the Ballard Farmer's Market, first as a summer hobby. We built a mobile wood-fired pizza oven in our driveway and started cooking thin-crust, Neapolitan style pizzas at the market. Basically, we were making the kind ofd pizza that we like to eat! To our surprise, we started attracting larger and larger crowds every week and started hiring more and more people. Today, Veraci Pizza has three retail locations (Ballard, Spokane and Wedgwood) and operates a large fleet of mobile pizza ovens for outdoor events, weddings, celebration and parties. We are extremely grateful for all of the wonderful support and recognition we have received over the past 12 years and look forward to meeting you at the farmer's market, private catering or at one of our restaurants!
