Gerlach Companies are the oldest family owned industrial commercial auction & appraisal company in continuous existence in Wisconsin. The officers of the company are David Gerlach, President. Michael Gerlach, David's son, is the Senior Vice President in charge of the machinery and equipment appraisals and a super Auctioneer. Kevin Hough has been with the company for 15 years and assists in all areas of the business. Tom Vilter, our Auction foreman for set up has been with the company for years and is a graduate engineer. Connie Hudziak is the assistant auction foreperson and one of our 5 Auctioneers on staff. Our junior Vice President is Patty Fox has been with the company for 8 years and also is an excellent auctioneer and M&E appraiser. The company specializes in industrial commercial auctions and appraisals of machinery and equipment. An important part of our experienced auction and office crew includes Debbie Visintainer, Teena Nash and Lou Hunter who help us not only in the preparation of ASA approved appraisals but also in clerking the many auctions we conduct every year.
