Boskovich Farms started in 1915 by Stephen Boskovich. The company is a provider of processed and fresh-cut produced to the foodservice and retail industries. The company operates on more than 10,000 acres of land and produces nearly 30 vegetable crops including radishes, green onions, spinach and strawberries year round. Boskovich Farms has two divisions; Boskovich Fresh Produce, which offers commodity vegetables, and Boskovich Fresh-Cut, which operates out of a processing facility built in the 1990shas shipping points in Oxnard and Salinas, Calif., and Yuma, Arizona. The company also has locations in Mexico.
