Michelle Cohen-Cote is the owner and founder of The Movement Forest, a private studio that specializes in movement training for the body, mind, heart, and spirit. Sessions combine Pilates, yoga, body work, and other movement modalities to create custom programs. Michelle uses an intuitive, embodied approach that facilitates transformation and healing through movement. Movement education, rehabilitation, hands on healing, postural training, yoga and creative fitness programs are areas of expertise as well as fun, mind-body fitness for kids. Workshops and training courses for movement professionals are also offered on and off site.
